Team up in KOF 2000Yuri
refused to participate as a Kyokugen-style Team member, because she wanted to be
an independent fighter. Before leaving, Yuri promised her brother Ryo that she
will find a stronger substitute for their team, and that left Ryo puzzled. Yuri
begged King to take over her place, and since her begging was so annoying, King
agreed.
A few weeks before KOF 2000, Robert got really mad at Ryo for letting Yuri go, but Ryo protested his innocence as he had just knew about the the change of members. They were about to fight while Takuma appeared with King. King explained everything to them, but Robert was still not pleased. Robert challenged King to a duel as an entry test. King accepted, much to Ryo's defending. They fought for quite sometime, with both fighters reaching their stamina limits and both had energy left for one attack. Both attacked, but were soon too exhausted to carry on. Takuma declared the battle over, with a draw. Robert had no other choice then to accept King's entry. Thus, the AOF Team 2000 was formed!
King's KOF 2000 Move List
Striker Move: Trap DashKing's striker is quite special. King slides into the screen, and if she hits the opponent, she will then perform her Silent Flash DM. This will hit the opponent up into the air, giving you a great opportunity for follow up hits. If the slide is blocked, then she will just taunt the opponent. This move can be blocked high.
